4G1 Football Academy is a private company which provides specialist education. We help bridge the gap between grassroots football and academy football. Through our football and coaching philosophy and methodology we create a positive learning environment which helps children flourish. 

We have been established for 10 years now providing a pathway into grassroots football, district football, JPL, JPL All stars and professional academies. 

4G1 has an advanced pathway which provides players with Junior premier league football consistently. Weekly fixtures, player assessments, video analysis, strength and conditioning, technical syllabus, GPS tracking and more. We also have a development centre which sits underneath and a girls football academy. Whatever the level of child we have a pathway that suits. 

In addition we provide small group sessions which are specific to your child’s needs. Helping them with their technical, physical,psychological, social and tactical development. Our specialist coaches made up of experienced and highly qualified allows us to provide a professional service and develop your child. Many of our coaches are qualified teachers, lectures as well which allows them to apply the latest pedagogical practice and academic research to support skill acquisition. 

Over the last 10 years we have serviced the local community through providing an environment which is like a professional football club laying the foundations for future success. We have currently helped develop

33 children to sign professional contracts at clubs. These are children that have been through our coaching system alongside grassroots clubs. We specialise in player development and supporting players and parents to help them bridge the gap between grassroots and academy football.
